Service Guarantee Policy

We at Amigonet90 can only guarantee internet service quality while in-person/office. We are not responsible for changes to the network made by the providing carrier and have no control over possible network optimization changes enforced by the Provider. We also are not responsible for agreements that are currently in place with the Provider, should they change. Network optimizations being conducted by the Provider such as cell tower de-prioritization are done at the discretion of the Provider. Available for US Residents Only. However, should your service decrease or drop off, please reach out to us. We have multiple providers to utilize to get the best service possible at your primary location.

Billing Policy

Customers are recommended but not required to provide a current credit card for recurring payments. Billing requires current credit card, and contact information to be on file. This information is secured and will not be shared/given to anyone other than the customer on file. Our billing will be adjusted as needed for the services rendered. Billing is done on a month-to-month basis and/or case-by-case payment options. There are LATE fees that will be applied manually as needed to collect proper payment from customers that do not pay on their billing date. These fees are applied at the discretion of the owner of the company. Additional fees/expenses/increases of billing may occur as needed: May be applied in 10 (ten) days cycles for overdue payments. We will do our best to notify customers of any increases in billing, but can’t always guarantee to reach all customers. Customers are encouraged to contact us about these changes/charges to keep their accounts accurate and to avoid any additional costs/fees.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges Policy

Our refund/returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, but an exchange may be possible.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the power cable and antennas (if applicable).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. These units are provided through Amigonet 90 and the manufacturer will NOT refund you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit/refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for the amount. It should come from Partners Satellite.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Our billing provider states it can take 5-10 business days for refunds to arrive to customers.

If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at partnerssatellite@gmail.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons that are NOT due to our error. Please reach out to us via email to start or inquire about an exchange.

To return your product after you have received approval from Amigonet90, you should mail your product to PO Box 889, Brackettville, Tx, 78832.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
